Due to our busy convention schedule, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Thank you for your understanding!

USPS

Packages shipped via US federal mail are shipped without insurance. Once a package has left our offices, liability for successful shipment is assumed by the shipping service provider (USPS). The Anime Palace assumes no responsibility for delay or loss of your package within the USPS system. We are unable to issue replacements or refunds for items lost in this manner. Any complaints or claims should be filed with the USPS.

Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us directly for any inquiries on returns and exchanges.

We will only accept returns, when products are in serious defect or damaged, within 7 days after receiving initial shipment and you must contact us before attempting to return the item.
